We are pleased to offer authentic PWD, DOUBLE SCORPIO, SUB-ZERO and other quality brands at great prices! Finding quality poppers can be difficult and in some areas ordering them can be an even bigger challenge, but were here to help! Every order includes an easy to use tracking service and our guaranteed delivery promise!

Unfortunately, due to the nature of these products along with other “legal highs” (i.e. Kratom, Bath Salts, Salvia) credit card processors do not allow these products to be purchased with a credit or debit card. Visa/MC have a very strict policy that can potentially shut down your future ability to use your credit or debit card as per their cardholder agreement if they find a transaction for these prohibited goods. Some sellers offer credit card processing for poppers known as “offshore” processing where your account details are sent overseas to be charged. This is unsafe on many levels as other countries are not held to the same security standards as USA banks. Many times credit card information ends up on the dark web for sale to the highest bidder.

We can safely and securely process payments using the following payment methods:

ACH/E-check – By providing the same information that is on your standard bank checks we can directly debit the amount of your order. There is a 3 business day hold for ACH/E-check payments. Once your first payment has been established there is no need to provide account details again. Simply select “bill my account” and we will automatically bill the past account details.

Zelle – Zelle is a free instant transfer service provided by most banks as well as the Zelle app. Zelle users simply input our account information provided on the Zelle payment instructions upon placing an order.

Venmo – Venmo users can send payment directly to @paysubzero .

Interac-Etransfer – International orders can be paid by an instant e-transfer from a registered bank account. E-transfer instructions are provided upon checkout.

Check Payment- Checks may be mailed to us directly for payment. If you wish to mail a check please contact us directly at 1 800 316 6330 for detailed instructions.

Credit Card By Invoice – U.S. Customers Only. Pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. By selecting this option we will email you an invoice within 24 hours from “PPR KING” that can be paid with the credit card of your choice. Your order will be updated and shipped within 1 business day following the payment confirmation date. FOR PRIVACY PURPOSES PLEASE NOTE: PPR KING WILL SHOW UP ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT.

Shipping & Returns

All orders include priority shipping and are guaranteed to show as delivered. We ship all domestic (USA) orders within two business days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) after receiving a cleared payment. Depending on your payment method some orders ship the same day! We ask international orders to allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship.

The privacy of our customers is very important to us! Your products will arrive in a small unmarked box with our legal business name as the sender. Nothing on the outside of the box will identify the contents inside. As an added security measure we now use tamper-proof security tape on all orders to ensure your package has not been opened.

  • USPS – several classes.

We ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment.  While Zelle and Apple Pay are instant payment methods, ACH/E-check can take up to 3 business days to process. All orders are shipped priority mail. The average time to receive an order is 1 – 7 business days. We ask all customers to contact us if a package is still not received after 7 business days so we can investigate.

Yes! We ship world wide! Certain countries prohibit our products. If an item ordered is not eligible to be shipped to your country we will notify you via email. Please feel free to contact us regarding ordering if you are uncertain if our products are allowed to be shipped to your location.

Shipping Cost are charged at a flat rate of $10/order.

We accept returns for domestic ( USA ) orders within 5 business days of receiving your order provided the items and packaging are being returned in their original condition and the buyer arranges and purchases the return shipping.

We do NOT accept returns for international orders for any reason.

Our goal is to provide our customers with safe and quality products, however for safety and security we do not open or test any of the products we sell. If you receive a defective product we will do our best to assist you in contacting the manufacturer but as resellers we are not able to refund or exchange defective products under any circumstances.

Select the appropriate product you would like to purchase. At this point you can place the product in the CART where you can review your order and add your shipping address for shipping calculation. Next is to click the Proceed to CHECKOUT button. During CHECKOUT you will need to complete the Billing Address and you will be provided with the ability to add a different Shipping Address. Click NEXT. Next is Payment Selection. After completion you will receive an email receipt from The Popper King.

If you did not receive an order confirmation e-mail, please check your e-mail spam folder. If you still cannot find it, don’t hesitate to drop us a message using the Contact Page.

During the checkout, search for the “Coupon” area. Enter the code and click ‘Apply Coupon’.

Tracking emails are sent automatically once your order has shipped. If there was a mistake entering the email address accurately the tracking email will not arrive. Please contact us at info@thepopperking.com if you feel there was an error with receiving your tracking information.

Once you have placed the order, you may contact us directly – info@thepopperking.com or 1-800-316-6330 to check if the order can be adjusted or canceled. However, if a tracking number has already been issued, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

If there is an issue with the quality or delivery of your order, please contact us right away! If any part of your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge, provided we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the packaging and damaged products must be submitted along with your replacement request. Refund requests for orders that are not received within the guaranteed delivery promise of 6 business days do not require 24 hour notice.

We work very hard to ensure every customer has a great buying experience with us, however, we have NO control are NOT responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after they are processed by the postal service. If the tracking number associated with an order indicates the order has been delivered, but is not able to be located, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the postal service and obtain a claim number. Once the outcome of the claim has been determined by the postal service, we must be provided with all related correspondence to file an insurance claim. After the insurance claim is filed, a replacement order will be issued. Any replacement orders and all future orders will require signature confirmation. There are NO exceptions to this policy.

REPLACEMENT ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL A CASE NUMBER IS OBTAINED FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE.
